New Farm Images with Humor

I have been down on the farm enough times to notice the social order and personalities of the animals. Mr. Turkey runs the roost, Mr. Goose is head of security, and Mr. Rue is the CEO of the roosters. My vision for this body of work is going to incorporate the voices of these heads of farm, as well as, the farmers. Over this past week, I found a new bit of inspiration from FotoFusion, in West Palm Beach, a week long photo fest hosted by Palm Beach Photographic Center. Lots of new means to mix media of stills with voice overs and video combined. As a photographer, I love the tools of multimedia to have a more complete expression of my work. 2012 brings me into the forefront of sharing and viewing photographc works streamed with the web. Lots of think about.

The start of a new year...

With the start of January, you can just taste the metaphor of beginning anew.  Here are some new chics that joined the Heritage Hen Farm this past December. Make's me think:  my New Year's goals are too photograph more on my farm project and worry about daily life things less.
